Bringing your vision to life is a collaborative and thoughtful journey. Here's what you can expect when working with me.

1. Discovery & Consultation

We start with a conversation! Whether by email, phone, or in person, I want to hear all about your space, your ideas, and your goals. This is where we explore inspiration, color palettes, size, and timeline.

• You’ll share: photos, measurements, and any must-have elements

• I’ll offer: initial thoughts, guidance, and a ballpark estimate

2. Concept Development

Once we’re aligned, I will send you an official quote/estimate which requires a deposit before I begin sketching and designing a custom concept tailored to your vision.

• You’ll receive: a digital sketch or mockup

• I offer: up to [1–2] rounds of revisions to refine the design

• Upon approval: a detailed digital mock-up and project schedule will be set

3. Preparation

Before any paint hits the wall, I prep the space and materials.

• I confirm: surface readiness, materials, color swatches

• You confirm: final sign-off and project start date

4. Execution

The magic happens! I bring your mural to life with care, precision, and artistry. Throughout the process, I keep the space clean and communication clear.

• You’ll get: progress updates and sneak peeks

• I ensure: efficient, respectful, and high-quality work

5. Final Touches & Reveal

Once the mural is complete, I add any final detailing and clean up the space. We’ll do a walkthrough to make sure everything is just right. I will send a final invoice for the balance to be paid.
